The homeowner wanted a full refresh of a 1990s main bathroom. We ran the project end-to-end: scoping the work, lining up trusted trades, sequencing the schedule, and doing quality checks at every stage so the owner had one point of contact from start to finish.
Outcome
Delivered on schedule with no surprises. Hidden moisture found during demolition was addressed before new finishes went in, so the owner isn't paying to redo the same room in five years.
