About this project
Built over roughly 4–6 weeks, this project transformed an underused yard into a durable, weather-ready outdoor living space. We handled everything from excavation and grading to the custom pergola build, stone patio, landscaping, and lighting — all coordinated so the owner had a single point of contact.
Outcome
The space is now usable far earlier in spring and later into fall. Materials and construction details were chosen specifically for Newfoundland's coastal weather, so it stands up to wind, rain, and freeze-thaw cycles without constant maintenance.
