Newfoundland Property Solutions was founded to fix a gap the province had lived with too long: homeowners and property managers being asked to hire, coordinate and second-guess multiple trades on their own — with no independent voice representing the property itself.

The founder brings a background in project management, building science, and coordinated field operations — with hands-on experience across residential, commercial, marine and municipal properties. The approach is simple: diagnose first, document everything, coordinate the right trades, and stay accountable for the outcome.
