About this project

The owner had already tried two dehumidifiers and a repaint. We ran a proper moisture investigation, found a slab-edge leak the previous contractor missed, and coordinated the repair with the finishing trades.

Outcome

Moisture levels returned to normal within four weeks. The original finishes were preserved wherever possible, keeping the total cost well below a full re-build.
